Our Meeting Format

The CEO Workgroup meets four times per year with a simple agenda, a round table discussion of your problems.  Members present a problem or issue to the group.  Full attention is given to that topic in a round table format.  Everyone has an opportunity to offer advice and counsel.  This format offers clarification, ideas, and solutions to the member that brought the issue forward, not to mention a stimulating exchange for all.

Each member benefits from the best practices and experiences of 12 to 18 peers that may have handled a similar situation at their company.  You will be amazed how often ideas are directly transferable to your business even though it isn’t your issue being discussed.   As an added bonus, strong bonds of friendship develop over the years between our members.  That is what the CEO Workgroup is all about.

Test Drive a Meeting

Potential members attend two meetings as a paid guest.  This provides you and the group the opportunity to get to know each other. We want a good fit for you and the group before asking for a commitment.

Additional Information

The CEO Workgroup has strong tenets of non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality.  Agreement to these terms is a requirement for membership.

Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio typically in January, April, July and October.   We convene at 8:30 a.m. and wrap up about 3 p.m. Each meeting includes a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
